AgentRank™ is a system for ranking REALTORS® based on professional experience, recent home sales, endorsements from past clients, and other variables. Important features include:

  1. AgentRank™ is objective. All REALTORS® are subject to the same ranking formula.
  2. AgentRank™ is fluid. The method for ranking REALTORS® changes over time. As strong indicators of an extraordinary salesperson are identified, the ranking formula is adjusted to award REALTORS® who exhibit those characteristics.
  3. AgentRank™ cannot be bought, sold, or bartered. An REALTOR®'s ranking rises or falls based the ability to sell real estate and satisfy their clients. Period.
